Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as errors or discrepancies in the estimate that are attributable to Estimate Craft. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the final estimate or service delivery. Refunds will not be issued for changes in project scope or client-induced delays.
Once the estimate or service has been delivered and completed by Estimate Craft, no refunds will be issued. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the work before making any payments. • A full refund will be issued if the estimate is canceled within the same business day of payment, regardless of the reason. • If errors are found in the estimate due to our oversight, a refund of 75% of the total amount will be provided if requested within 7 days after delivery. After 7 days, a 25% refund will be applicable. • No refunds will be issued after a period of 14 days from delivery of the estimate.
In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of service or errors in the estimate, clients must submit a written refund request within 7 business days of receiving the service. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the maximum refund amount not exceeding the amount paid for the service in question.
